We are looking for ten (10) rockstar registration assistants to be a part of our onsite registration team. As a member of the team you will be responsible for assisting and executing tasks related to the registration process for our event being held in Los Angeles, CA in May 2022
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the initial point of contact for event attendees and providing excellent customer service;
- Follow the established protocols and procedures when speaking with attendees and documenting appropriately
- Must be available to work for 10 hours on the day
- Assist onsite Production team as needed.
Desirable skills
- Strong interest or experience working on live events or festivals
- Good English including written and verbal
